We do several markets around and in London, Ontario! You will start to find our products in natural foods retailers across Ontario and products are always available online.

Each kit comes with a wet mix and a dry mix.

Using a spoon you can blend each of the mixes together for fresh bars. After mixing you can either make the kit into bars or balls.

To shape the bars you can press into an 8x8” pan and flip onto a cutting board to cut to any size.

To shape the balls, skip using the pan and the combined mixture can be pressed into balls in your hands.

All our kits are made with simple ingredients to ensure you are eating what nature provides! You can even feel good knowing we support using Fair Trade ingredients.

The best before date is 3 months after manufacturing. You have the option to freeze the kits, or finished product to extend the shelf life. 

Once the bars or balls are made, we suggest keeping them in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. Or in the freezer for up to a year.

For shaping into bars: You only need a large bowl, sturdy spoon, an 8x8" pan, parchment paper, and your hands!

The kit comes with all the necessary ingredients.

We encourage makers to play with flavours and add their own ingredients such a protein powders & super food seeds.

You should add up to a scoop of protein or 2 tbsp of seed. Balance the consistency with extra nut butter or water.
